A: I was born in England, and moved to the United States when I was 6 months old.

A: 7 Months
Q: What were you doing before the NOC?
A: I was going to retire, but decided to keep doing what I love.
Q: What attracted you to the NOC?
A: I’ve always been involved with the enterprise environment and I enjoy new challenges.
Q: How has your perception changed or developed since you’ve learned more about the tech industry?
A: I’ve seen it grow since my involvement, which started while I was in the Air Force in 1981.
Q: What’s the most valuable thing you’ve learned being in the tech field?
A: There are lots of ways to connect people and things.
Q: What do you enjoy most about working in tech?
A: I like the challenge of troubleshooting, designing new networks, and figuring out old ones.
Q: What is your favorite tech product?
A: Switches; it connects everyone.
Q: If you could give the general public one piece of advice regarding technology, what would it be?
A: Don’t rely on technology while driving.
Q: Why would you recommend someone using the NOC?
A: We have the ability to troubleshoot fix customers problems, and provide first-class support.
