Q: Where are you from?

A: Cape Cod, Massachusetts

Q: How long have you been working at the NOC?

A: 6 months.

Q: What were you doing before the NOC?

A: I worked at a corporate IT firm, specializing in Linux and admin.

Q: What attracted you to the NOC?

A: Moving to Florida and having a fresh start.

Q: How has your perception changed or developed since you’ve learned more about the tech industry?

A: There’s always an answer to any problem, it’s just about how much effort one puts into solving it.

Q: What’s the most valuable thing you’ve learned being in the tech field?

A: Coming from the corporate world, I learned the value of customer interactions while working here.

Q: What do you enjoy most about working in tech?

A: It’s fun, I like tinkering and fixing.

Q: What is your favorite tech product?

A: Laptops.

Q: If you could give the general public one piece of advice regarding technology, what would it be?

A: People concern themselves with either Mac VS PC, Apple or Andriod. Brands don’t matter, what matters is that you enjoy what you’re doing with your products.

Q: Why would you recommend someone using the NOC?

A: We’re customer service oriented, especially compared to how bigger corporations operate.
