Q: Where are you from?

A: I’m from New York.

Q: How long have you been working at the NOC?

A: A little over 7 Months.

Q: What were you doing before the NOC?

A: I was an Advanced Repair Technician (ARA) with the Geek Squad at BestBuy.

Q: What attracted you to the NOC?

A: I wanted to expand my skill level and expertise in the tech field.

Q: How has your perception changed or developed since you’ve learned more about the tech industry?

A: It hasn’t changed much since I’ve been involved with it most of my life and I stay involved.

Q: What’s the most valuable thing you’ve learned being in the tech field?

A: I’ve learned how important email is, particularly in business. Also, I always take notes.

Q: What do you enjoy most about working in tech?

A: There’s always something new.

Q: What is your favorite tech product?

A: I still enjoy the Gameboy.

Q: If you could give the general public one piece of advice regarding technology, what would it be?

A: Be open minded about new technology.

Q: Why would you recommend someone using the NOC?

A: We offer more of a personalized experience for our customers compared to larger corporations.
