FLACDC Help Desk

You’ve registered and now you’re ready to join FLACDC’s 19 sessions plus the five National Plenary scheduled at 12:00 noon on October 13, 15, 19, 21 & 23. If you purchased the All Access Pass you’ll be able to participate in another 40+ sessions from Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Ohio, Oregon, South Carolina, Texas and the National Alliance of Community Economic Development Associations (NACEDA). Here are some simple instructions to help you sign-in and plan your schedule so you can more successfully engage with and learn from your colleagues.

Registering for Event

Click on “Registration”
  1. Visit: https://resilientcommunitiesforum.org/
  2. Click on “Registration” on the top menu bar
  3. Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page
  4. Type in “Florida” for the registration code and follow the prompts.

How do I sign-in to a session I want to participate in?

Click on “Sign In”
  1. Visit: https://resilientcommunitiesforum.org/
  2. Sign-in to the using the same email address and password used for registration.
    • If you’ve forgotten your password, choose the “Forgot Password?” option.
  3. Click “My Account” in top-right corner of the menu bar
  4. Session links will be made available within 10 minutes of when the session begins. Times listed are all Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) zone.
    • We recommend signing in 5-10 minutes before start. Sessions limited to first 500 participants.
    • If for some reason you do not see the link, try refreshing your browser or using a different one

How do I explore the schedule and video conference links?

Click on “My Schedule”
  1. Visit: https://resilientcommunitiesforum.org/  
  2. Once signed in, click “My Schedule” option in the top menu bar.
  3. From this page you will be able to access your schedule as an interactive tool that allows you to see more details, including:
    • Add sessions to your schedule
    • Get speaker information
    • Access the video conference links
    • Download session materials, if provided
